Booklets have been designed with expert efforts to impart information to school and college students about healthy living habits with specific emphasis on tobacco avoidance, adoption of healthy dietary patterns and increasing regular physical activity. |

Over the time, evaluation of HRIDAY-SHAN programmes and activities have revealed that cultivating awareness about health related issues among students is a shortened effort. Involvement of the parents, friends, siblings and the immediate community can shape the efforts to give a better and broader outreach as well as implementation.
To make the messages reach homes Home Team Material was developed. The aim was to facilitate family –level interaction on health related issues and create health promotion norms at home. It comprises of six colorful and attractive modules with interesting health promoting messages and interesting activities, for students to complete as a team with their parents and adult family members. |
