Tobacco Control Laws: A Resource Manual (2008)

This resource manual is to assist the implementation and enforcement of the Indian tobacco control laws and to act as a source of legal information on tobacco control. For the law to be effective it needs to be disseminated not only to the enforcement officials, but equally to the public, business establishments, and tobacco vendors as well. While the target audience for this manual is the law enforcers, this manual would also interest all who have a stake in tobacco control and public health.
